With over 20 years in the Real Estate Industry, Tracy Baker, understands that buying or selling of a home is a big decision. Tracy works tirelessly for her clients to make the buying or selling of a home as smooth and transparent as possible.  

 

Tracy grew up in Los Angeles and moved to San Diego to attend San Diego State University. Tracy loved San Diego so much, she never left. She fell in love with all San Diego has to offer, and she fell in love with her Debate partner at SDSU. They married and have two children.

 

Tracy started her professional career as a Corporate Trainer and moved to owning and managing her own retail and event business. During her time in the retail world, Tracy and her husband dove into the Real Estate world, buying investment properties. Because none of the properties were turn-key, Tracy quickly learned all there was to know about how a house is put together – from design, planning needs, permits, and managing the construction process from start to finish. Tracy and her husband have held onto these properties as rental units and several of them are managed on the Airbnb platform where she has earned “Super Host” and “Airbnb Plus” distinctions. As a Realtor, Tracy brings all of this experience to her clients.
